On 6 June, 2012 (Wednesday) Facebook announced their new App Center (Social Apps) for Android, iPhone (iOS) and Web (Facebook.com) as well, during a press conference held at San Francisco. This App Center is already available for the web, now its going to available for iOS (iPhone) & Android Devices too. Facebook official confirmed it on their blog-post -
“The App Center is launching with over 600 apps, including new apps like Ghost Recon Commander, Jetpack Joyride, and Ghosts of Mistwood.”

How To Install & Use an Facebook App-
Just click on an app you want to install, it will redirects you to an detailed description page where you’ll check all the information regarding that App (like How many users are using that app, What are the users rating, How many of your Friends using that app), if you’ve interest in the app then click on the Install Button.
